The Financial Aid Office must be informed to include the Dean’s office scholarship in the student’s package. This office is responsible for coordinating all sources of funding, calculating how outside awards affect need-based aid, and adjusting the aid package accordingly. They handle crediting funds toward tuition and other charges and ensure proper disbursement, so the scholarship is reflected correctly in the student's aid. The Dean’s office provides the scholarship, but the task of packaging and integration falls to the Financial Aid Office. Registrar keeps records, and Student Accounts handles billing, but neither determines or applies financial aid in the package.
